Self Image & Identity – Study Group

The phenomenal impact of our identity and self image on achieving any results in our life is huge.  In a nutshell we can never outperform our sense of self.  Yet this sense of self is outside of our awareness and so we go through life with our ability to achieve success, or not, impacted by a factor we’re unconscious of.

Beginning in October I’ll be leading a study group keen to learn more about self image and identity.

You’ll learn how to:-

- work consciously with your self image

- spot old masks that no longer serve a purpose

- handle mistakes and course correct along the way

-  improve your success

- increase your happiness

- increase your confidence and self esteem

Using the legendary book, the power of psycho-cybernetics as a backdrop and study guide I’ll take you through the material, explaining and highlighting the key points as well as providing practical insights and exercises.  You’ll also be able to ask questions and share your understanding and experiences as you work with this material over autumn.

Each week we’ll get together, on the phone, for 45- 60 mins.   Afterwards you’ll receive a recording of each call,  so you can listen to the material again and again.  It also means that if you’re away on holiday or business that week you’ll not miss out.  [Please note that these call recordings are confidential and are available for you as a study member, they are not to be circulated to anyone else outside of the group.  This means that you know whatever you say on the call will be shared with the group only.]  You’ll also recieve a copy of my extra notes and additions for that weeks call.

To participate in this 8 week programme, receive recordings of each call and my extra notes the total fee is £47 + VAT.

The course begins on the 6th October 19:00 (BST).
